Journal 14: Managing stress' way 1

As I said, the stress come into your thinking while you are thinking something more than two things. However, at the same time you can have several ideas, there is only one idea of them that you can get the solution. Therefore, all ideas that except one idea are disturbed your original thinking. Those are just your stresses! So, even though you have a lot of thinking simultaneously, you should try to solve just one idea. In addition, you should think positively although you have any bad circumstances. People say "Why this problem occurs to me?". Who do you think about 'me'? That is not me. Why? Ask yourself not yourselves! Who is 'me'? The meaning is that we can be faced with every circumstance. The problem is that we don't accept such circumstances. We are also not familiar with bad situation normally. For example, if one of your family died by car accident suddenly, you will be too sad to bear no more. I am also so sad too, but I don't accept it as a stress. I only console the dead deeply, I never turn on my sadness. Continue to next series...

Your advice about thinking about only one problem at a time is excellent. I know that when I start listing my problems, I feel overwhelmed. I should try to avoid that.
