Dale Carnegie.

Dale Carnegie who was an educator and writer is one of my eternal teachers.
It was the defining moment of my life that I knew Dale Carnegie.
I knew not only his books but also the self development program is named The Dale Carnegie Course.
Before taking Dale Carnegie course, I was a kind of self righteous leader.
However, after taking the course, I totally changed my leadership style such a humane leader. First of all, I was able to be made people enthusiastic. I
always exchanged civilities cheerfully when I meet everyone.
I became an optimist and enthusiast.
All principles I learned from the Dale Carnegie course make me a positive thinker.
I can control everything by myself.
I am also able to make the other people laugh and happy.
Now I am attending the Dale Carnegie course in Manhattan and Long Island.
I am going to be a master trainer of the course.
I used to be an instrutor of the course in Korea.
I taught the course that take twelve weeks approximately sixty times for ten years in Korea.
I will never forget Dale Carnegie as long as I live.

Mad Cow Disease!

Yesterday, I watched a documentary film that was regarding mad cow disease.
I really got a shock from that.
Approximately, 90% of American cattle are feeding only in the pen.
People say that is named the cattle factory.
Only 10% of American cattle are grazed at fields.
As you know, the cattle is a herbivorous animal, however, 90% of American cattle possibly has been eating kind of carnivorous fodder.
MDC can be gotten by this kind of carnivorous fodder.
Fortunately, I have not eaten any meat since 2001.
Therefore, I don't worry about MDC, however, I worry about the people who eat beef a lot. Hopefully, I wish the cattle breeders change their way that is fed kind of carnivorous fodder to cattle.
No one know who get a human MDC.

An ugly case!

I went to Korean embassy last Thursday for the first time of my life.
I knew what the consulate's officers do.
They are mainly helping Korean Americans and students regarding visa and passport.
Frankly, I didn't have doing about that kind of affair.
I was just an observer who arbitrate a fight that took place between Korean students.
The consulate's officers also don't take such the violent affair.
However, they tried to help Korean students.
Therefore, they reluctantly intruded as arbitrator with this issue.
Unfortunately, one of the students asked his mother and made her come over to the embassy. His mother was such a malicious woman.
She cursed and swore to the other students all the time while we were talking about an arbitration award.
The other students were displeased with her abuses.
However, they listened with hanging their head and with being patient.
Eventually, his mother demanded a doctor's bill to the other students overall ten thousand dollars.
The students reluctantly agreed with the suggestion and signed the memorandum.
She was obviously unfair.
The students got unjust treatment from her.

Hole in one but almost!

Even though I am exhausted with L.A trip, I went to play golf today.
As had been expected, I had bad play all the time.
I even regreted playing golf.
However, I tried to keep with composure.
I didn't try to shot strongly.
I made so much mistake every hole.
I gave up recording score card.
I had better not to put on the score card.
Eventually, I reached at 17th hole of 18 holes.
he 17 hole was a par 3 that was named a short hole.
I shot slightly without any thinking.
The moment that I shot I felt a good shot.
The ball flied to flag straight.
As a result, the ball bounded once and hit almost downward of the pin.
My teammates and I shouted for joy and disappointed soon.
We knew that the ball got into the hole but the ball stopped just near by 1 feet from the hole. Actually, the hole in one is probability of one in two thousand play rounds.
I almost reach that day.
I am going to expect having hole in one soon.

Journal 15: Managing stress' way 2

Basically, children and the insane people have quite few stress
because they think everything very simply.
People are getting older and they are having much more thinking.
They are also getting more stress.
If so, reducing your thinking is reducing stress, isn't it?
Don't hesitate and go back to be your childhood immediately!
If you can't , laugh just from with insignificant matters.
If you can't go back to childhood, act like your childhood.
Whatever you have any problem, you can think it very simply.
If you really want to reduce unnecessay thinking, live in 'day-tight compartments'.
If you concentrate upon something good work, you can devote yourselves to the work, dismissing all other thoughts.
You should always make something good work.
For reference, I have had several jobs or roles simultaneously, so I couldn't have idle hours.
As a result, I don't have any stress.
If I have time, I make some plan anything.
The best of all is making your vision.
Enjoy rest of your weekend and your vision without stress!

Journal 14: Managing stress' way 1

As I said, the stress come into your thinking while you are thinking something more than two things. However, at the same time you can have several ideas, there is only one idea of them that you can get the solution. Therefore, all ideas that except one idea are disturbed your original thinking. Those are just your stresses! So, even though you have a lot of thinking simultaneously, you should try to solve just one idea. In addition, you should think positively although you have any bad circumstances. People say "Why this problem occurs to me?". Who do you think about 'me'? That is not me. Why? Ask yourself not yourselves! Who is 'me'? The meaning is that we can be faced with every circumstance. The problem is that we don't accept such circumstances. We are also not familiar with bad situation normally. For example, if one of your family died by car accident suddenly, you will be too sad to bear no more. I am also so sad too, but I don't accept it as a stress. I only console the dead deeply, I never turn on my sadness. Continue to next series...

Journal 13: Do you have any stresses?

What is stress? Right now, should we have stress?
If so, where is the stress your inside somewhere otherwise your mind?
First of all, stress is not anywhere in your body.
Therefore, you never can take off from your body.
However, every body has stress.
When do we feel stress? Well, we just feel stress and we put in our thinking.
Wow! That is a problem.
Why do you put the stress in your thinking?
If you don't put the stress in your thinking, the stress can't stay in your thinking.
It is very simple to manage stress. Try now! Let the stress just release!
The stress is not a pain by itself.
When we only fill the stress in our thinking, we slowly get painful.
However hard you may try, you still can't avoid stress.
Why? I'll tell you why! Simply because you are always in stressful circumstances.
In that way, you should ask me how you can avoid the stress.
I'll tell you again.
However, your body is faced with a bad circumstance, your thinking can get out of the stress.
Is that so?
Please, choose yourselves!
Good luck! Look forward to the second series!
In second series, I'll tell you about managing stress' way.

Journal 12: Toothache

Suddenly, one of my teeth began to pain severely.
The tooth had been broken slightly when I was early twenties.
However, I was young. I didn't have any problem about the tooth.
After then, I have passed to ignore about my healthy teeth with no doubt.
About early 2000, I felt to pain the tooth slightly, and I went to dental clinic.
The dentist advised that my tooth must be amalgamated.
I accepted the dentist's advice and I followed the dentist's advice immediately.
As a result, my tooth was getting better and I didn't feel any pain.
About three years later, I felt to pain the tooth again so I went to see the dentist.
The dentist said that tooth's treatment never can effective permanently in any cases. Therefore, the dentist reminded that my tooth might be treated periodically.
If so, in this time, I asked the dentist that made my tooth covered with gold.
Of course, the dentist couldn't have any reasons however golden treatment was more expensive.
It was good for the dentist satisfactorily.
Any way, now I am feeling the toothache again.
It seems like to being time to treat my tooth.
Therefore, I will go to a dental clinic on Monday.
Generally, I can control my entire health, but I endorse that I never can control sevral parts, such as teethache, otorhinolaryngological diseases, bone fracture.
Those diseases can't be controled intentionally by ourselves.
Even the Christian Scientists who treat all kind of diseases with prayer go to see doctors concerning those kind of diseases.
However, I just trust several way not all the Chritian Scientists' way.
Every body! I wish to keep your health all the time.
In next time, I'm going to tell you how to manage your stress.
Enjoy, your weekend!

Journal 11: Being a good father.

I wanted a good father and husband. I tried to do my best I can. I learned how to talk well with my children and wife. I never criticized them even their wrong mistakes. I have only encouraged them with recognition and praise. I applied to them all I have learned to be a good father and husband. I read a lot of books with them. I always wake up early every morning and I had jogging. I listened to their all ideas sincerely. As a result, my children grew up faithfully. They also studied hard by themselves. I found myself dhildren never can dicipline mandatorily. Children learn absolutely from observing their parents. Therefore, I never compel anything to them. I just show my endeavors to them. To be a better father is not easy, but all fathers must do their best.

Journal 9: Time let my son change!

I didn't recognize as a my son at first. David! I called with him quite low tone. He also noded his head doubtfully. Soon, we hugged each other strongly and we were for a while with being hugged. After a while, I realized that I was hugged in his bosom. He was obviously little bit fat and he was just 6 feet. For two years, he was totally changed. He has gotten absolutely slenderer and he has gotten 1 and half inches taller than before two years. He has changed not only his aspect but also his thinking. In stead of me, he led my two daughters and he taught them. Moreover, he understood the reason that I left from my family. However, he passed so hard time without me; his father. Even though he was teenager, he seemed like an adult. Before I explained my circumstances concerning his mother, he already knew about that reasons almost. In fact, I hesitated how I say him and what I say him. He is still passing hard time because he lives in Seoul by himself. He cooks every meal, wash dishes, and wash clothes like me. However, he didn't have that kind of experiences than ever. Although he has rough situation, he will accomplish his problem because he can do to get things done. I believe that he will can do that.

Journal 3: What is the difference between humanbeing and animal?

Hi! everyone, according to your request, I'm going to continue concerning story about journal 2. I deeply appreciate your interest.
Nowadays, human actually can't live without technology. Human also can't avoid from using technical ways. Therefore, I would like to say that human must understands why human gets diseases. Although human's lifetime is getting longer, human is getting more diseases than ever. That is a little bit irony. However, there is undoubted reasons, the reasons are just using technology.
In terms of physical disease, whenever human uses utensils, human must uses a particular muscle and posture. In addition, using technology makes muscle more exhausted than in case without using technology. Therefore, after using technology, human must let his or her body get back to normal state. However, most human ignores that. Furthermore, human doesn't have spare time, and human doesn't know what he or she should do.
In terms of mental disease as a stress, human is living in a numerous system which is made of technology. This system really complicates for all human. Therefore, most human unavoidably gets a lot of mental problems. Even though human avoids a work, he or she can't avoid the system. Currently, human suffers from mental problems than physical diseases. Doesn't that?
However, human lives such a circumstance, there are some ways that can decrease. I would like to suggest those simple ways. Whenever you have spare time, you should exercise to relax such as yoga and meditation. If you want to know more information, you should ask experts. Fortunately, you have one of experts. That's just me, Oliver. You can ask for me during this semester, and then later, you can ask through my email.
Thanks! Good luck to everyone! Have a good time rest of weekend!
Oliver.

Journal 2: What is different between humanbeing and animal?

This is a very esoteric question. Human being uses not only multifarious utensils but also expresses various emotion. On the contrary, except for human, animals never use any tools and they express only a few emotions. In addition, human being is evolving constantly, and human being is developing their implements too. On the other hand, animals are still living with the beginning way. Seemingly, human being looks happies than animal, but human being is still speaking to thirsty about their own happiness. That's why, simply because human being always lives with diseases. However, human being gets diseases from using utensils. Animals never get diseases except livestock. As a result, human being never can take both happiness and comfort. Human being have to live putting disease on one shoulder and putting comfort on the other shoulder.

Lab: Grammar/Writing 3

Dear Officials,
This is Oliver lived in the downtown area. I heard your plan that try to decide to build a huge sports stadium. It's very nice plan that builds a huge sports stadium in our town. However, I think there have some problems. First, there is expected a lot of noise and being heavy traffic. Therefore, I suggest making underpass the ramp to the parking lot, and building a sound absorbing walls between the stadium and the downtown area. Secondly, around the stadium, there is expected a lot of offense. However, midnight, there is very dangerous. According to the precedent, there is required to set up a police station. If you have such a counterplan, it will be a tremendous plan. Good luck.

All the best,
Oliver.

Lab: Grammar/Writing 2

Dear the chief librarian,
I'm worring your announcement about the library's business time. Generally, during the library's business hour, the residents are not in the town even the students are studying in the school. However, how many visitors the library should have at the business hour? In terms of the residents' facility, I'm opposed to announce changing the business hour. I suggest extending the library's business hour instead of put back beginning time about two hours. If not so, the library should be the titular space for the residents. However, the residents need to get more information at the library. Therefore, I strongly urge to change the library's business hour. I also hope to be a good news about that soon.

Best regards,
Oliver.

Lab: Grammar/Writing 1

Dear Editor,
I would like to suggest weveral ways that reduce unemployment in our town. First of all, we need to invite setting up some companies. Inviting companies is required supporting some executive facilities. I urge prepairing an appropriate parking lot. I also suggest offering a tax reduction's plan. Secondly, we should stop moving to the other town. Especially, we should start some job training for young people. Thirdly, we should endeavor in favor of both our town and those companies.

All the best,
Oliver.

Carpe diem!

Wow! I succeeded my blog's page. I'm going to live positively and optimistically because there is not any reason that I don't live such that. I have lived rough time all the time, but I never ever been disappointed about my past life. Therefore, I will be never disappointed about my future. In addition, I am going to live helping the other people. It supports me that having postive thinking. It also makes me strong.
